You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. You grant Idyllo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idylloshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
